Located along 1st Street and 6th Avenue SE, across from the Medicine Hat City Hall, this formal park offers relaxation next to the South Saskatchewan River. Flowerbeds brighten the area and an interesting band shell, adorned with a mural created by local artist Jim Marshall, provides cover for entertainers. Riverside Veterans’ Memorial Park is also home of the Cenotaph, two CPR locomotives, and a World War II tank.
