STRATHCONA ISLAND PARK

This Park offers five kilometres of walking trails along the River from the Medicine Hat Public Library to Strathcona Island Park. For public enjoyment there are barbeque pits and picnic areas along the river, an accessible playground, spray park, baseball diamond, boat launch off the South Saskatchewan River, and view points. This park is currently home of the ‘parkrun’ (free community run every Saturday).
