Taber’s Table

In 2023, Taber’s Table celebrated and featured the incredible agri-food industry that’s abundant in the Southeast Alberta region. Guests were treated to new delights from 24 local vendors, including ostrich kofta, crispy whiskey pork belly, earl grey-infused ice cream, and home grown triticale sourdough bread. Over 70 different types of crops are grown in the region, and thousands of recipes are made using them.
