DISC GOLF COURSES Disc golf is popular in Medicine Hat and Elkwater. Medicine Hat has courses for both beginners and experienced players. A popular course in Central Park has green fair ways and big trees that add challenge. The sunny weather gives plenty of chances to play, and the local community is welcoming to new players.

Elkwater, in Cypress Hills Park, offers a scenic course with hills, forests, and lake views for more challenge. Playing in Elkwater is also about enjoying nature and fresh air.

Medicine Hat’s newest disc golf course was built in 2020. The course offers both open area and treed areas of play with manicured fairways. Medicine Hat’s first public disc course is located in Central Park. This course works for from beginners of the sport to the advanced players. This course is also wheelchair friendly. This is a Par 29 course, with two Par 4s baskets. Features: Course Length – 2900ft Alternative Length – 3,300ft Hole Length: <300ft – 5, 300-400ft – 2 and over 400ft – 2
