This 4 season inter-provincial park in Southeastern Alberta spans the border with Saskatchewan. In Alberta there are 7 campgrounds concentrated along the south shore of Elkwater Lake in Elkwater townsite, located just off Highway #41. An additional 3 camp grounds are scattered throughout the park in more remote areas with 5 group campgrounds. Elkwater has a resort feel and easy access to recre ational opportunities in a Montaine environment.
