TAKUMI JAPANESE RESTAURANT Specializing in ramen, fresh sushi, and so much more, the owner and chef has over 27 years of experience and has cooked in Seoul, San Francisco, Tokyo, and opened his restaurant in Medicine Hat in 2012.
